The Best Kundalini Yoga Poses to Detox

Revolved Chair Pose
One of the best yoga poses for beginners, the Revolved Chair Pose is extremely simple to carry out but has a lot of benefits. Just start with your feet together. Inhale and raise your arms above your head, perpendicular to the floor. Exhale while you bend your knees, trying to bring your thighs parallel to the floor. This is the Chair Pose.
Starting from this position, bring your hands together at your chest while inhaling. Exhale, and turn your torso. This pose is said to improve your digestion and strengthen your stomach.

Seated Heart Opener
One of the best Kundalini yoga poses to improve your respiration, the Seated Heart Opener encourages your body to eliminate carbon dioxide and other wastes. This detox yoga pose is extremely simple: begin seated on your shins, interlace your hands behind you and then move them towards the floor. Press the palms to the floor, and open your chest and shoulders while you do so. After five deep breaths, release your hands.
